Life, much like any adventure, brings both challenges and opportunities for growth. I carry with me the belief, inspired by the lotus flower, that even in life’s darkest and most difficult moments, we have the ability to rise, heal, and create something beautiful. This perspective guides me in my work with clients, as I honor both the struggles and the strengths that shape each person’s unique journey.

I am currently a clinical practicum student pursuing my Master’s in Counseling. My approach to counseling is primarily psychodynamic, with a person-centered foundation. This allows me to explore the deeper patterns and influences that shape a client’s present life while providing a compassionate, nonjudgmental space for healing and growth.

I have a special interest in working with clients in emerging adulthood, a life stage full of transitions and identity exploration that can feel overwhelming at times. In addition, I am passionate about incorporating play therapy modalities, recognizing that creativity and expression can be powerful tools for healing across all ages.

My goal is to walk alongside clients with empathy, respect, and curiosity, helping them uncover new insights, navigate life’s obstacles, and discover their own resilience. I see counseling as a collaborative process, where together we can create space for healing, growth, and transformation.
