With my clients, I empower them to live their authentic lives, help them foster healthy connections, and build on their personal strengths.
I work with couples who may be experiencing struggles in their partnerships, whether that be due to miscommunication, relationship patterns, wounds from their history, or navigating their identity as a couple. I also work with individual adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, identity, and neurodivergent traits. Curating a safe space for my clients is paramount, as well as the equitable nature of our time together. My goal is to help you pave your path, and walk alongside you as we work together to meet your goals.
